Our objectives:
To educate and assist the community to engage in activities, measures
and lifestyle changes designed to:
• significantly reduce our greenhouse gas emissions
• reduce our ecological footprint;
• reduce our reliance on non-renewable sources
of energy
• secure a local food supply and promote sustainable
agricultural practices and
• enjoy a more secure and prosperous future.

• Sustainable Living Festival
• Movies that Matter
• MrVeg - Macedon Ranges Vegtarian Eating Group
• Development of a community wind park
• Bulk buying arrangements for solar hot water, solar electricity and secondary glazing
• Climate change submissions and initiatives
• Business sustainability education
• Guest speakers and events
